I offer a warm, steady space where you can feel understood, reconnect with your inner world, and begin healing at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to go through this alone.

I’m an internationally credentialed Sandtray Therapist integrating somatic work and EMDR to support deep, lasting healing. My approach combines creative, nonverbal exploration with the body’s natural wisdom, grounded in psychodynamic insight. Together, we gently work with what needs care—whether through images, movement, sensation, or story—allowing healing to unfold in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Counseling is available in Cantonese and English (廣東話及英語輔導).
